The Annex Products Team

Chris Peters - Co Founder, Industrial Designer and avid Kiteboarder. Aside from running the company with his co-founder Rob Ward, Chris' main focus is on product design and development. Having been involved in the field of Industrial Design for over 12 years Chris has worked for leading design firms in both Melbourne and Sydney. He has worked on products that have been awarded Australian and International Design Awards. Before founding Annex Chris ran his own product design consultancy in Melbourne. 

A self confessed Apple fan and CAD addict you'll either find Chris with his head glued to his iMac working away on the latest product design or "product testing" up and down the local bike trails. In the warmer months you may even spot him out in the bay getting dragged around by his kite.

Rob Ward - Co Founder, Toolmaker, Sales and Marketing Guru. When not coming up with the next big idea, Rob oversees sales and marketing activities in the physical and virtual worlds. Originally a qualified toolmaker before cutting his teeth in the Sales and Marketing World, Rob has a diverse background and has found his niche with online sales and marketing. 

Rob's an ideas man and once he has his mind set on something nothing can stop him from making it happen, even sleep! In fact it's fairly common to receive email from him at 3am! Rob can be easily spotted around the area as the tall guy with dark sunglasses and a large coffee clutched in his hand.  He is also a passionate and driven person who will talk the leg off a table if given half a chance.  

 

Joel Anderson - Logistics & Inventory Manager 
Joel is in charge of controlling our stock supplies all over the world between our 5 warehouses. As one of the longest serving team members, Joel is also involved with many other aspects of the company including customer service and sales. Joel is also a qualified teacher, and basketball coach who currently resides in Geelong and does the big commute each day to Melbourne.

 

Ben Taylor Business Development Manager | Global Account Manager 
Ben's role is to support, grow and develop our international and local customer base while assisting in the business as a whole. Ben has a strong background in Marketing and Sales and is originally from Perth but now based in Melbourne. He likes trim lattes and brings his passion for Footy, Russell Coight, and Heavy Metal to the team. Ben is also very competitive when it comes to Table Tennis and regularly challenges the team to remain at the top of the leaderboard.

Jacinta Priest Admin Assistant | Customer Service Manager
Jacinta is our Office Admin Assistant who takes care of the general day-to-day duties, event planning and manages our customer support team. Jacinta has a background in Marketing and small business and has recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand. She has a major coffee and sugar addiction and enjoys controlling the office music with her favourite playlist being 'Sinna's Gangsta mix'. Jacinta spends much of her weekend and spare time walking around Melbourne and gets a kick out of how many kms she can rack up on Strava and Fitbit. 


Adrian Rafter
 - In-house Fug | Digital Marketing Manager
Adrian is our Social Media Guru. When Adrian is not marketing the socks off a Quad Lock he is hard at work on the decks producing Milwacky Backs tracks. He also likes cats, basketball and edo-mame




Leigh Ryan - Product Design Engineer
Leigh is our Product Design Engineer and creative assistant to the big dog, Chris. Leigh currently battles it out on the table tennis ranks with Sinna in the hope to one day move up into the top 4.
